Refund Policy
The Real Tac Team loves to see our players with wins, smiles and quality gear. We understand that sometimes our products just aren't on target with your expectations. We offer easy return, warranty and refund options. If you purchase from us and your product is not what you expected, we are happy to exchange or refund you once we receive the defective product. Our return policy is 30 days after purchase, and product must have not been used or open. Special order products incur a 15% restocking fee. We can faciliate warranty claims, but we recommend you register your equipment with the manufacturer. We appreciate your business, and look forward to seeing you as a repeat customer!
Used - Trade In Section
RTA offers a trade in program where you are able to come in with your used gear and swap it out with something in our trade in department. We offer this as a way to bring in new players to the Airsoft world, who want to try before they commit to higher quality builds. Unfortunately, right now we cannot offer trade-ins towards new replicas, but that may change in the future.
